However, in order to provide this service in a healthy and continuous way, some necessary issues should be taken into consideration.

• You are responsible for the usernames and passwords obtained from the IT Department; It is forbidden to give and use it to 3rd parties.
• It is inconvenient for your security not to delete the settings at the end of the job by making these settings on computers in public areas such as internet cafes, airports, etc., and to leave the computer to other users without logging out.
• In accordance with the license agreements, it is prohibited to systematically copy the resources in the databases subscribed to or to which our University has provided trial access during use outside the University as well as within the University. Violation of this situation; It may result in the suspension of our subscription, our access to resources being blocked for a period of time, or the cancellation of our agreement.
• You are responsible for any technical or legal problems that may arise in case of non-compliance with the above-mentioned issues.
