For Visitors

Users who are not members of our university can use our library without any membership. However, in order to benefit from library resources by borrowing outside the library, users who are members of the Public Library in accordance with the Protocol signed between the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and our University can apply to the Circulation Unit of our Library with a document showing that they are a member and a valid ID. Users who commit to comply with the rules and conditions by reading the provisions of the Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University Library Services Directive and whose membership process is completed by filling out the membership form can also benefit from our library's printed resources that can be loaned outside the library.  Electronic resources cannot be shared with people who are not members of our University.

Our users whose external user membership has been completed can borrow a maximum of 5 (five) books for 15 (fifteen) days. In case of delay, wear or loss of resources, the provisions of the regulation are applied.

External users can follow the publications on them through their accounts created with their TR ID numbers from the opac.mu.edu.tr address, and they can make reservations for publications borrowed by other readers. They can benefit from the user manual on the use of the system.
